You must supply the Australian Business Number or Australian Company Name in order to submit an application on behalf of an organisation. Here's how you do it:
Search for an ABN
1. Click on ABN
2. Search the Australian Business Register for the 11 digit Australian Business Number
3. Click on Search
4. Online Services will pre-populate the Entity Name field from the Australian Business Register.
Search for an ACN
1. Click on ACN
2. Search the Australian Business Register for the 9 digit Australian Company Number
3. Enter a 9 digit Australian Company Number (ACN)
3. Click on Search
2. If the ACN exists in the Australian Business Register then the company name will be populated.
Cannot find an ACN?
1. Not all Australian Company Numbers are recorded on the Australian Business Register. If you cannot find your ACN through the ACN search, then you can manually enter an ACN and company name by clicking Manual Entry in the error message:
2. The company name field will be displayed.
3. Enter the ACN and company name.
Please note that you must supply a valid company name and ACN for your application to be accepted.
