Permits at Pulu Keeling
Certain activities may only be carried out in Commonwealth parks and reserves if allowed by the Management Plan and conducted in accordance with a permit issued under the EPBC Act. Please submit an online application form if you are applying for a permit to conduct activities in Pulu Keeling National Park, under Regulation 12.06(2) or 12.09(1) of the EPBC Regulations, and in accordance with subsection 354(1) of the EPBC Act.
When a permit is needed
